Terms Of Service
Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance.
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Any changes made after this window will incur late cancellation fees.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
Facials, Microneedling, Spa Treatments
Late Cancellation (< 48 hrs): $50–$75
No-Show: Charged full service price
Injectables & IV Therapy
Late Cancellation (< 48 hrs): $75–$150
No-Show: Charged full service price
Clinic & Pilates Studio Policies
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
If rescheduling is required, applicable late cancellation fees may apply.
Payments & Deposits
Select services require a non-refundable deposit at booking.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle.
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated for spa services.
Medical & Skin History
Please inform your provider of any:
Medical conditions
Allergies
Medications
Recent procedures
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
This ensures the safest, most personalized treatment plan.
Injectables & Advanced Aesthetic Services
A consultation is required for all injectable services.
Clients must be 18+ for injectables.
Results vary; touch-ups and additional units are not included unless specified.
Party package Botox and HydraFacial are not performed on the event day and must be scheduled separately.
Botox in packages includes 20 units; additional units may be required.
Refunds & Product Returns
No refunds for services, deposits, memberships, prepaid packages, or no-shows.
Defective retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in original packaging.

Arrivals & Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your reformer and settle in.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
Phones must be silenced and stored away during class.
Late arrivals may not be permitted for safety and flow of the session.
Safety & Modifications
Please inform your instructor if you have injuries, limitations, or if you are pregnant.
Modifications will be provided, but clients are responsible for listening to their bodies.
Behavior & Atmosphere
To maintain a peaceful, respectful experience for everyone:
No disruptive behavior
No filming without permission
Kindness and community always come first
We reserve the right to respectfully refuse service to any individual who compromises the safety or energy of the studio
Payments & Memberships
Class packages and memberships are non-refundable.
Expiration dates apply and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated.
Late cancel/no-show penalties apply to all membership types.
Private Events & Group Sessions
Deposit required at booking
Final headcount due 72 hours prior
Cancellations within 72 hours: deposit is non-refundable
