Reformer Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout using a specially designed machine called the Reformer. It uses springs, pulleys, and a gliding carriage to create resistance and support, making each movement smooth, controlled, and incredibly effective.

Our Studio Policies
1. Booking & Cancellations
All classes must be booked in advance through our online system.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a late cancellation fee or losing the session.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: If canceled within 12 hours or if the client is a no-show:
The class is deducted from their package.
For drop-in clients, the payment is forfeited.
Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule without penalty if they cancel within the 12-hour window.
Introductory Classes:
Free Classes: A $10 fee is charged for no-shows or late cancellations to discourage misuse of free trial spots.
Clients can reschedule within the cancellation window without a fee.
2. Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early.
For safety and flow, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class and will forfeit the session.
3. Attire & Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.
Please wear comfortable, fitted activewear (no zippers or sharp accessories that can damage the equipment).
4. Health & Safety
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and reschedule your session.
Let your instructor know about any injuries, recent surgeries, or pregnancy before class begins.
5. Class Packs & Memberships
All class packs have expiration dates (e.g., 5-class pack valid for 3 months).
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sessions must be used within the stated time frame.
Unused classes included in your monthly Pilates membership do not roll over to the next month and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
6. Refunds & Transfers
No refunds will be issued for missed classes or unused sessions.
In certain cases, sessions may be transferred or credited at management’s discretion.
7. Studio Etiquette
Phones should be silenced or left in lockers.
Please keep conversations low to maintain a peaceful environment.
Respect others’ space and the shared equipment.

Not at all. Our classes are offered in three levels, and our instructors will help you find the one that best matches your comfort and experience. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

Not exactly. Pilates is more focused on core strength, alignment, and muscle tone using resistance—though both are amazing for mind-body connection.
