TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ELIXIR AESTHETICS & WELLNESS, OR ITS OWNERS, PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
